Greetings folks. I kind of fell into information about Chef Grant Achatz and his Alinea Restaurant by accident. I found it through the MIT Technology Review (online) of all places. The picture above will take you to a video about this "experience" - check it out.

I guess the relevancy for me is that Achatz has passion - he makes a conscious effort to create a visceral experience out of something that we do so often - eat.
I have now made it an objective to eat at this establishment before summer's end.
I will certainly report in full.
