What up- what up - what up!! :)
Busy weekend - working on long term things this weekend before things start to get crazy when we start shooting for the season.
One of the things that I was thinking about this weekend was how to get to my personal "best". How do i go from "normal" to out of control - badass mode?
The answer I came to was that it is a very comprehensive approach for me. I don't just get up and "turn it on" - I mean I can - but it's not sustainable. Instead I find that when I am pursuing all areas of my life to full capacity - it is then that i have the ability to focus like a maniac and just dominate stuff.
I'm not completely through the learning process on this front, but I know pretty well what i must be doing to be at a sustainable "best' -
Some of the things that get me to "best" are represented in the above images (thanks google). I think that these, as categories, are almost universal to everyone - I need good food that agrees with me, I need to be working out - not in sloth mode- I need to be appreciating open spaces in nature to gain inspiration - i need music that gets me fired up - and I need to be chewing on some good brain food. Those probably hold for everyone - but specifics in those categories are variable across people (obviously).
With all of those things in place - i am hard to stop -
So, this begs the question - do you know how you get to "best"?
What's your approach?
